Pattern Making & Grading

Washing & Finishing
Sustainable finishing with stunning results
Our finishing department features the latest in sustainable washing technology. Laser finishing systems create precise fades, whiskers, and distressing with 70% less water than traditional methods. We offer everything from clean rinses to complex vintage washes, ozone treatments to enzyme washes. Our color-matching system ensures batch-to-batch consistency, and our water recycling systems minimize environmental impact. Every wash is carefully monitored and tested to ensure color fastness and durability.
Quality Control
Multi-point inspection for excellence

Our QC team performs inspections at multiple stages: fabric inspection upon arrival, in-line checks during construction, post-wash inspection, and final audit before packaging. We check stitch quality, measurements, wash quality, hardware functionality, and overall appearance. Our AQL standards are among the strictest in the industry. Detailed QC reports accompany every shipment, providing full transparency and traceability.
